History
Rabbit Hole was founded by Kaveh Zamanian, a former psychologist and psychoanalyst who left a long professional career to pursue his passion for American whiskey. His first trip to Kentucky in 2003 sparked a deep interest in bourbon, and in 2012 he decided to fully commit to building a whiskey brand of his own. From the beginning, Rabbit Hole was created around the idea of honoring bourbon tradition without being trapped by it. Zamanian set out to make original bourbon and rye whiskies distilled and aged in Kentucky, using distinctive mash bills and a creative approach that reflected the broader modern whiskey renaissance.
